Vietnam has a new volunteerism project

I’m most familiar with VSO, one of the three sponsors: VSO as I’d worked with two of the assigned volunteers in HCMC for almost one year. Paul, the current chairman of the ICT4DEV Working Group, is also a VSO volunteer. We went to Barcamp Phnom Penh together and he connected me to Paola, now E-learner 2.0′s advisor.

I was in contact with AVI for some time but the arrangement for a new volunteer to come and work for my former organization didn’t work.

It looks like Vietnam’s volunteerism is making good progress.
